Dr. Don Kelley

Dr. Kelley is a Kentucky native. He was born in Owensboro, KY and graduated from Franklin County High School in 1987. Dr. Kelley earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1995 where he graduated with Honors.

Dr. Kelley’s training beyond Dental School includes a General Practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH where he was honored with the title of Chief Resident. Dr. Kelley obtained his Endodontic Specialty Certificate and a Master of Science (M.S.) Degree for Dental Research at Saint Louis University. Dr. Kelley has served on the faculties of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Southern Illinois College of Dental Medicine as an Associate Professor, and the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry as an Associate Professor.

Dr. Kelley is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, and is a former Executive Board Member of both the Kentucky Association of Endodontists and the Bluegrass Dental Society.

Dr. Dave Eccker

Dr. Eccker is a board-eligible Endodontist dedicated to providing exceptional root canal therapy and endodontic care with precision and compassion. A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.

Dr. Eccker is originally from Alpine CA, a mountain town east of San Diego, CA. He spent most of his time growing up riding dirt bikes in the desert and racing motocross. Dr. Eccker’s first root canal was actually on a carburetor! During his undergrad years an Endodontist spoke at a pre dental meeting and let the students keep the files used for a root canal. Dr. Eccker recognized how useful these files would be for cleaning the small jets in a carburetor. Dr.

Eccker still rides as much as he can and enjoys hard enduro riding the most.

Heather (Marketing Manager)

Heather has been with ECL since 2007. As our marketing coordinator, she works hard to make sure all our referring doctors are taken care of with special treats to show our appreciation of everything they do to aid in the success of our practice. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her three teenage girls and cooking for the family.

Elizabeth (Office Manager)

Elizabeth graduated from TMIKY – IDT in 2015 and has been thriving in the dental field. She started off her dental career chair side as a dental assistant but found her true calling in the front office and then in management. Elizabeth strives to provide a comfortable and fun office experience for employees and patients. Elizabeth is a loving wife to her husband since 2012 and proud mother to two spirited boys. Elizabeth enjoys spending her free time with her family going on outdoor adventures and experiencing as much life with them as possible.

Brittany (Insurance Coordinator):

Brittany has worked in dentistry since 2015. She has an associates, bachelors, and certificates in Education. She loves helping people and creating a relaxing environment for patients. She loves outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Taylor (Patient Coordinator)

Taylor has been in the dental field since 2020 focusing primarily on patient coordination. Taylor is passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient, ensuring their visit runs smoothly from start to finish. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

NOW HIRING (Patient Coordinator):

The Endodontic Center of Lexington is looking for a fun and productive member to join our office!

We are conveniently located in Lexington near the interstate on Richmond Road by St. Joe's East hospital.

We are currently in search of a patient coordinator whose job description will include but not limited to answering the phone, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, submitting and checking claims, payment collection, ageing reports, end of day batch, working with Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks, and checking patients out.

Typical office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM - 3:30PM, with staff members arriving 30 minutes before opening. Schedule flexibility for part time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00AM - 3:30PM (some Wednesdays). Saturday, Sunday, and most major holidays the office is closed.

Salary is negotiable with health insurance and 401 k benefits. Daily/Monthly bonus, typically averaging $400, opportunities are available after 90 days.

Tiffany (Dental Assistant):

Tiffany was first introduced into the field in 2000 but didn't explore school until 2012 where she then graduated from BCTC in 2014. Tiffany has worked as a dental assistant in different fields of dentistry such as general, periodontics, and endodontics since graduating school. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys going to car shows with her husband, going to church, and spending time with her kids and precious grandsons.

Janise (Dental Assistant):

Janise graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry Dental Assisting program and is continuing her education in the dental field. She has been in the workforce since 2021. Outside of work she enjoys fitness activities such as yoga, walking, and the gym, as well as gardening.

Preston (Dental Assistant):

Preston has been part of the dental field since April 2020, bringing both skill and passion to his work. His career began in the United States Navy, where he proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman and Dental Assistant from 2019 to 2024. During his service, Preston gained hands-on experience across every specialty of dentistry, giving him a unique, well-rounded perspective on patient care. Dedicated to advancing his career, he is furthering his education with aspirations of attending dental school. Outside the office, Preston is all about family and creativity. He enjoys spending time with his wife, young son, and their two dogs, or winding down with a good movie or TV series. A creative at heart, he also channels his energy into producing music in his free time.

Kate (Dental Assistant):

Kate has been an EDDA since 2012, after completing her training at the Institute of Dental Technology (IDT). She was originally drawn to the field of dentistry through her love for art, which continues to influence her attention to detail and creativity in patient care. Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, son, and daughter. She also loves hitting the gym and hunting for unique finds while thrift shopping.

Stephanie (Dental Assistant):

Stephanie has working in the dental field since 2012 brining over a decade of experience in patient care and clinical support. Known for her attention to detail and compassionate approach, she is dedicated to helping patient feel comfortable and confident. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys exploring her creative side through art, experimenting with recipes, and spending quality time with her three daughters.

Jennifer (Sterilization Technician):

Jennifer has worked in dentistry since 2004. She started out chairside as a surgical dental assistant and has now transition to a sterilization technician. She is a proud wife, mom, and now Nana to two adorable grandsons. In her off time you can catch her on the front porch with a good book, listening to great music, or binge watching shows with her husband and cats.
